This is a newsletter from July 7, 2005. Almost 20 years ago, wow! It's interesting to see my writing style and thoughts from back then. I have many of these that I want to share and add more commentary to as well. So, let's begin.
It's funny how I'm starting this with the oldest newsletter that I have on file, because I just did a Zoom interview with a fitness expert by the name of Nathan Schechter. Nathan, has an 8 day event in August that's bringing health professionals from many fields together in order to bring more awareness to health, fitness and nutrition. My live portion will be on The Muscle/Tendon Change Classic Part 1, (more on this as we getting closer to the event).
I spoke on the Zoom call a lot about the insides, the organs, and how Muscle Change works that area as much as it does the exterior. So, it's strange that this will be the first, Past Blasts & Thoughts, segment on this website, or is it synchronicity? Either way, enjoy!

What do you do for your insides? Your internal organs, did you know that they are designed to last us 200 years? Do you know what is the leading cause of death in this country is? Heart Disease. The second leading cause of death is Cancer. And now here's the biggie, the third leading cause of death in the U.S.,...DOCTORS, boom boom.
If you don't take care of YOU, who will? No one is getting any younger, no one. If you are between 18 and 30 years of age and you are receiving this email start doing something about it now. The reason I point you people out is because the older folks that's receiving this email already know that they need to start caring for their health. But, because you are receiving this email, you're probably on you way to good health.
Remember my example the other day about being able to see what's going on with the exterior of your body? Well it's the interior that's the biggie my friends. If you concentrate on the interior, and make it shine, I promise you, it'll shine through the exterior.
Have you ever seen the Mtv show, 'Pimp my Ride'? Well here's a classic example of how the typical person builds their body. On the show they take young folks who have a terrible car, and really fix it up. I mean they really make these cars look beautiful. But, they never mess with the engine. So, here's a gorgeous looking car that might not run very much longer.
I have always fed my vehicles premium gasoline, I have always fed myself premium foods. The exterior will be fine, it's the interior that makes you run and feel fine. I'm gearing up to bring to you some unbelievable material to exercise your interior. I know you're going to love it. Send the link to my site to everyone you know and love. We all need this information, even if we receive it when we're in our sixties. We all know, or should know by now, it's never to late to start.
